Hello Guys,

In the Amazonas SEFAZ portal it was published an update informing that this regional SEFAZ will turn off communication using protocol SSL 3.0 in their application servers on August 22nd.

The reason behind this change is to avoid known security vulnerabilities in this protocol.

How to identify if I use this protocol and deactivate it in my servers?

This is an activity for the BASIS team to be executed in the environment where the PI is installed.

There are two main recommendation notes from SAP on how to perform such analysis and, if necessary, ajust the system:

2092630 – Turning off SSLv3 on SAP NETWEAVER AS ABAP and AS JAVA, and on SAP HANA XS

2110020 – Enabling TLS or disabling SSLv3 protocol versions on SAP WebDispatcher, or SAP WebAS (AS ABAP 6xx, 7xx or AS Java >= 710)
