I am a firm believer that first to market does not always mean best in the market. While I love being first to market in order to set the standard and drive industry forward, there are times that being slightly reserved can yield much more successful, long-term results. This approach allows you to see how people react to functionality, and where there are inefficiencies or missteps in experience. Our product team did an amazing job in working with customers and developing a solution that really addresses the needs of candidates and recruiters. Features like device recognition to provide the right action based on the device or multi-stage applications to capture pertinent applicant information in a mobile-friendly way – are all focused on creating a beautiful candidate experience.
