It took me a while to recap the event this year. Didn’t expect that I have so less time during my parental leave *haha*

22th July 2016

As expected earlier really everybody is talking about SAP Gateway and the event was sold out.

If you ask yourself now where the heck is Grafenrheinfeld I will share some facts.

Grafenrheinfeld is a town (or village) located in Franconia, Germany. Round about 3,500 people live there and there is the headquarter of a SAP-Partner with around 500 employees. If you want to learn more about the hardfacts, just search the web. I don’t want to advertise my company here.

It’s was really cool to see a lot of new faces attending a Codejam for the first time.

That talk to me, that it is really the right choice to bring SAP-Experts to the community and host the event.

Our experts (Andre Fischer and Artur Gajek) showed up earlier and we had the chance to check the setting again.

Finally some pictures of the event.

Lunch-time: the same procedure as every year…

… pizza

Last but not least I want to say thank you to my colleague Philipp which took over a lot of the tasks to make the event happen because of my parental leave. Of course also a lot of others where involved and to all of them a big thank you for the help and the support.

It was a very enjoyable afternoon and I took a lot of impressions home. Hope you all enjoyed the event as I do and will be an attendee of future events.

Hope to see you next year!

Cheers

Florian

    Thanks for the review, Florian!

I can confirm both from personal experience:

    – it was a really nice event

    – you don’t (and should not!) have a lot of time for “SAP/Work-stuff” during parental leave! 😉

    best

    Joachim
