Now, the Master Data Governance 8.0 solution is ready for you on the SAP Cloud Appliance Library (SAP CAL)!
This MDG system is installed on an SAP HANA database, and fully configured for most of the MDG scenarios. For a list of running scenarios, please check the Getting Started Guide of MDG solution in CAL.
This isn’t just for defined scenarios however, you can extend or reconfigure it for further scenarios because the instance is fully under your control.
Want to get started with your MDG system right away? Create an account in SAP CAL, find our new solution SAP Master Data Governance 8.0 SP03 on SAP HANA 1.0 , and create instance from the solution. After your instance is activated, follow Getting Started Guide there to access it.

But this MDG Web UI (txn NWBC) is not working. I am getting 'This page can't be displayed'. I made entries in host file in windows etc folder. Still the same error.

If you create an instance from external IP address, you cannot use SAP Laptop because of some sap domain, you could try with your private laptop.
For internal usage, please use internal IP address starting with 10.xx.xx.xx

I am connecting to MDG frontend GUI successfully from my home and using my personal laptop. I tried to change IP address to 10.xx.xx.xx but whole internet is disconnecting when I do that. Below is exact message displaying in IE screen.
This page can’t be displayed
Web dynpro applications (from SE80) are also not working i.e. page cannot be displayed is displaying when I click on test.
Is it possible for you check whether it is working for you now?

I am getting a similar error with NWBC/FPM/BRF+/SMT.
when I try with 10.XX.XXX , not able to connect to the system at all.
Please help with this.
