What’s New in SAP Business ByDesign as of August 2016:Purchase Order Forms and Output Channel Selection
In this blog, we’d like to introduce you to one of the things that are new or have been changed in the August 2016 version of SAP Business ByDesign.
Of course, you can find more information in the What’s New in SAP Business ByDesign documentation, which is available online.
Today, we are going to talk about purchase order forms and output channel selection.
You can now define the defaulting criteria for form template selection for changed and cancelled purchase order with additional attributes of Company, Supplier and Purchasing Unit. You can create a form template rule for created and cancelled purchase order in the Form Template Selection view under Application & User Management work center.
You can now define the defaulting criteria for output channel selection for changed and cancelled purchase order with additional attributes of Company and Supplier. You can create rules which are used to determine which output channel should be used for the output of a business document in the Output Channel Selection view under Application & User Management work center.
