1. Communication error (14)

         

  • This error is received when the Agentry client fails to connect to SMP server or an established connection is lost or work manager server service is not started.

To fix the problem:

  • Start the work manager server service.
  • Disconnect, then re-establish a network connection

2. Unexpected disconnection from server (11)

         

  • This error received if user is transmitting and at the same time server gets disconnected or down.

To fix the problem:

  • Wait for some time and check the application URL in browser if it says “I am here” then continue with your process. Otherwise contact your administrator to check the server status.

3. Server error (13)

         

  • This error received if more than one user is using same device and the password whatever is saved in data base is not same with the previous user.

To fix the problem:

  • Reset the agentry client. If it does not work, then delete the client from your device and ask your administrator to provide you a new Agentry client.

4. Already logged in Elsewhere

    

  • This error received if same user is trying to login from different client.

To fix the problem:

  • Go to management cockpit and disconnect your user.


5. Server error (2):

         

  • This error received if some process is running in SAP and you are trying to sync.

To fix the problem:

  • Navigate to SM04 transaction and check all the running process for the user. If found kill all the process.

6. Any error during sync (related to data issue), please discard the order from device.
