The ways to attain knowledge are via classes C4C10 and C4C12.

Handbooks for these classes are available in SAP Learning Hub. If candidates do not have a valid Learning Hub subscription to access the training content, they should contact their local SAP Education department.

The certifications C_C4C30_2015 “SAP Certified Development Consultant – SAP Cloud for Customer” and C_C4C50_2015 “SAP Certified Integration Associate – SAP Cloud for Customer” are available and do not have a retirement date set at this time.

    Hello Colin Bailey,
I am planning to take the certification and have some doubts regarding the same. Please clarify on the same :

    1. You mention that C_C4C10 will be retired by the year end. Can you clarify what it means. If I get certified on C4C10 now , does this mean that my certification will not be valid after 31st dec., 2016 ?

    2. Is C_C4C12 the alternative of C_C4C10??

    3. Also I have a Learning Hub access. But not a certification Hub Access. I understand that certification Hub is needed and i will need to subscribe it. May I know how long it took to get the access from the time of Payment??  I need to know this timeline before paying for the access.

If you would help me by answering the above questions.. i would be grateful.

    Thanks in advance,

    Vatsan

      3) it would not take much time to get the Hub access. Once paid, within some days, SAP will send an email. then bind it with the s user. then we can log on to check the exam list, schedule the exam and take exam.

I passed C4C12 last night with 70%. the cutting score is about 65%. We can check the exam information online. More than a half are not C4C12 but C4C10, or even C4C30, C4C50. And we need to be quite familiar with the system. C4C10 and C4C12 course books only are not enough.

      Hello Vatsan

      Apologies for the delayed reply.

      1. Please refer to the webpage http://training.sap.com/certification which explains the Valid Certifications list. In there if you follow the link “List of Valid  Exams”, and scroll down that list you’ll see that there is  a list of retired exams in the grace period of one year. This exam would then be in Credential Manager, within the grace period, to 31st December 2017.

      2. We retire, update and create new exams from time to time. In 2016 rather than update the C_C4C10_2015 to a new exam for “SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer”, instead we have a new exam for “SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales” C_C4C12_2016.

      3. You will need to subscribe to Certification Hub. It is best for details to refer to the SAP Education team where you are located. Find their details under CONTACT at the bottom of page http://training.sap.com  They should be able to explain any time lapse that they may need for credit checking etc

          Hey Srivatsan,

Do you have any sources of information (other than the obvious first hand experience) for preparing for the exam?  I have been having trouble clearing it with the course content and just my own system use.

          Alex
