SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Certification Exams
The certification SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales, C_C4C12_2016, is now released.
The C_C4C12_2016 “SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales” certification exam verifies that the candidate possesses fundamental knowledge and proven skills in SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales project implementation. This certificate proves that the candidate has the core understanding required of an application consultant and is able to apply the associated prerequisite skills practically under the supervision of an expert consultant in a project environment.
Topic areas covered include implementation basics, user management, fine tuning, account and contact management, territory management, lead and opportunity management, quotation and sales order management, visit planning and execution, product and pricing, sales planning and forecasting, data migration, integration, notification process, personalization and extensibility, reporting.

The ways to attain knowledge are via classes C4C10 and C4C12.

Handbooks for these classes are available in SAP Learning Hub. If candidates do not have a valid Learning Hub subscription to access the training content, they should contact their local SAP Education department.
In the light of the above, the certification C_C4C10_2015 “SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud for Customer”, built last year, will be retired as of December 31st 2016.
The certifications C_C4C30_2015 "SAP Certified Development Consultant - SAP Cloud for Customer” and C_C4C50_2015 “SAP Certified Integration Associate - SAP Cloud for Customer” are available and do not have a retirement date set at this time.
All SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer certifications can be found in the SAP Certification Hub and can be accessed via SAP Training and Certification Shop. To take these certifications, candidates will need a current Certification Hub subscription. If they do not have a subscription, candidates should go here to subscribe. Their subscription will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Certification Hub Exams are proctored remotely, so they will be available at any time.
