In 2013, Farmacia San Pablo started the requirements definition and implementation of all SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Following a very aggressive schedule, they went live in early 2014 with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, and SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Planning followed in 2015 and a strong focus on integration helped to bring it all together, improve their HR processes, and tremendously increase user adoption. In this session Farmacia San Pablo will share their journey and lessons learned, and talk about successes.
Security Strategy and Role-Based Permissions for SAP SuccessFactors Solutions
This session will highlight how Newell Rubbermaid has implemented SAP SuccessFactors solutions for a learning management system, succession, performance management, goal management, employee profile, workforce analytics, onboarding, and recruiting from a security perspective. You will gain key insights and lessons learned on how to secure the business extension platform using role-based permissions, including how to optimize the security roles and target and permission groups, security reporting, setting up security around positions, automating provisioning and de-provisioning from the SAP ERP Human Capital Management solution, managing proxy access, managing support access, and considerations for administration level access.
LINN Energy: Pulling It All Together
LINN Energy is a petroleum and natural gas exploration and production company based in Houston, Texas. LINN has implemented a comprehensive suite of Successfactors “Hire to Retire” capabilities. This presentation will touch on the transformation from paper processes, leveraging Job Profile Builder, and integrating Performance and Compensation processes. There will also be an overview on the various reporting solutions utilized and integration with ADP and Active Directory. Topics like “What Worked Well”, “What I Wish I Knew Ahead of Time”, and “What To Consider for Post Go Live Support” will also be covered.

Through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on computer lab work, this course uses the concepts and terminology associated with SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics application to build your skills and help you deploy to other business users. Through the user role framework, the attendees will become familiar with the tools and functionality of the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics application, and discuss how to best deploy the application within their respective organizations. Target attendees are current Administrators and Core Users.

Ad Hoc, ORD and Dashboard features released since the last year
This discussion will revolve around key features released in the last 12 months, including data processing enhancements, tighter integration of reports into the larger HCM suite and technical additions such as duplicate row management and table left join. We will reference the architectural make-up of the current reporting suite to describe in detail what’s covered in cross-domain reporting in the recent releases. We will share practical lessons learned from the field about new features such as report validation, filter utilization, security management and overall long term administration of the reporting tools.
Workforce Analytics and Planning features released since the last year
During this round-table discussion we’ll talk about the new features and enhancements that have been released in the last 12 months, including Investigate, the new generation of interactive analysis replacing Query Workspace.
