Hello, my name is a Farhan and I am a master's student in La Trobe University. I participated in a design thinking workshop through SAP University Alliance Program on 20th of April, 2016. The program director of my course MBIMS and senior lecturer Dr. Mei-Tai Chu was gracious enough to provide this opportunity for me.
This workshop focused on how to use design thinking approach in a business environment to solve problems and come up with new and innovative ideas. It also provided a platform to understand how SAP uses design thinking approach to unlock an organization's creative thinking potential. The 3-day workshop helped me to know how to create, promote and share creativity in a team environment, which can help a business to grow and thrive in a competitive market.
