In order to share knowledge and advance in providing our customers with the best support experience possible, many executives, managers and support consultants came together at the SAP Labs Latin America’s 1st Product Support Innovation Day.

The event happened on June 14th at the Labs with the presence of the Global Head of Product Support, Andreas Heckmann. The goal was to spread the Next Generation Support mindset and share with key customers all the new available channels through which they can contact SAP Product Support.

During the whole day, over 6 companies and more than 20 SAP employees attended meetings and design thinking sessions. A CIO Roundtable happened as well, where the next generation of support was discussed.

All these sessions aimed at strengthening SAP and its customers’ relationship and raise awareness on how SAP Support enable the digital transformation in their business.
