Hi Suman, Thanks for this - question, in the 'Usage by Date' graph, what does Active Users mean? Just how many unique users have logged into C4C on that date or is there a certain activity/action they have done that drives this metric? It would be nice to know who actually did something that day versus just logging in.
Thanks in advance
Hi Sandico,
Here Active users are just how many unique users have logged into C4C.
For your other questions, you may try out some other reports (currently in Beta Version), please check the section "Performance Reports: Usage and Response Times" in 1605 Admin guide.
Regards,
Suman
