End-to-end real estate managers are facing a challenging landscape, whereby the handling of an increasingly complex portfolio is now standard, as they at-tempt to optimize building occupancy, lower building operating costs and comply with updated IFRS standards. To remain competitive it’s essential to innovate and leverage technology that fully integrates with business unit systems and processes. “Planning for a digital future” is the theme of this year’s International SAP Conference on Real Estate Management, taking place 12 – 13 September, 2016, in Berlin (Germany). During this event, attendees will discover how their business can embrace SAP innovations to become a connected, digital organization.
This one and half days conference brings together leading companies including Aeroports de Paris, Danish Defence Estate and Infrastructure Organisation, Poste Immo, ProRail, Swiss Property, University Hospital Düsseldorf, Vodafone and many more who will share their experiences of implementing and using the SAP Real Estate Management application. In the morning of the 12th September, pre-conference workshops enable custom-ers to dive deeper into topics: Attendees will learn more about individual ele-ments of the SAP Real Estate application, find out how to comply with new lease accounting standards, or how to visualize space and assets by using computer-aided design and geographical information systems. These jump-start workshops allow attendees to discuss challenges with their peers, and gain valuable guidance from some of the most knowledgeable SAP experts.
