Have you noticed the trend that technology has officially pulled well ahead of the workplace skills of even the most proactive manager or line worker?

The 2016 Australia and New Zealand Digital Transformation Research Report states 53% of respondents reported trouble accessing the skills needed to develop and deliver projects, and 35% reported skills to plan initiatives was also a challenge. How can this skills gap be addressed?

SAP is hosting a Design Thinking Workshop in Sydney, Australia, for Learning and Development Professionals, including Change Managers, Program & Project Managers & Directors on Thursday, 3 August at 2pm.

This session will take you on a personal journey on Learning Trends, Impact Analysis and Future World of Learning to address the Skills Transformation ahead.
