From SAP Screen Personas to SAP Fiori Apps — SAP provides a wide range of solutions and tools to help increase user adoption, productivity, and usability of all of the applications your organization is building.

The SAP Education User Experience Education Portfolio prepares users on how to handle business and end-user requirements and then turn them into professionally designed applications and business processes. It enables SAP consultants, customers and partners to take advantage of opportunities for SAP User Experience excellence by way of gaining the necessary skills in established frameworks and SAP products that ensure sustainable growth, cultivation of design skills and the consistency of user experience.

If your organization is embarking on an S/4HANA or SAP Fiori migration or deployment, the impact on user experience can be quite significant. SAP Education has all of the user experience training you need to help make migration and deployment projects as non-disruptive as possible.

You can read about the complete range of available user experience training in this blog post, “SAP User Experience Education Portfolio.” It describes in detail the training for the core products that make up the SAP User Experience solution and education:

      Hi Avi,

recording processes on interfaces using said front end technologies will be supported.

Please note that the silverlight-based version of Personas provides no interface information so advanced performance support content (e.g. Navigator) may have restrictions.

      Best regards,

      Alex
