The support application you are using has been replaced by a modern application in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Starting August 15, 2016, access to this legacy tool will no longer be available. I want to take some time and introduce this application to you. When you open SAP ONE Support Launchpad it will be look like shown as below.
How to create SAP Support Incident (Legacy Name: OSS Support message)
You will see screen as below as soon as you login to SAP ONE Support Launchpad
Click on button called “Find a Solution” under Solution / Incidents
Start Searching for issue you are facing in SAP system as shown below.
Note: Shortcut to this page is https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/solution
Once search result appear as you can see it is showing multiple results as below. If you find solution of your problem you can fix it without creating SAP Incident and if, you are unable to find solution proceed with next step.
