ONE Support Launchpad now lists the newly-created and updated SAP Notes and KBAs in a tailored view, based on the components chosen by you to search and report incidents. By default the user history is taken into account, but it is also possible to customize the list setting your own component-wise preferences.
This feature is located in Lauchpad landing page, it’s a tile called SAP Notes and KBAs (also accessible via direct URL https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/mynotes) under “System Operations and Maintenance” section:
When clicking the tile, you’ll notice a gear button for Settings in the upper right corner, that allows you to define a time range and to add your preferred components:
