Request an SAP Data Integrator Key Code for Rapid Data Migration to SAP S/4HANA
You want to use the Rapid Data Migration to SAP S/4HANA (http://service.sap.com/public/rds-dm2s4op) Best Practices content for SAP Data Services. You own an SAP S/4HANA license and thus, either have a run time (REAB) or full use HANA license. This HANA license includes a limited use license of SAP Data Services software, restricted to loading data into SAP HANA (called Data Integrator license). This fills the minimum requirement for the SAP Rapid Data Migration to SAP S/4HANA content. This includes full ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) used to extract data from heterogeneous source systems, the transformation and mapping, the validation and the data load.
This document’s intend is to explain step-by-step how to request a SAP Data Integrator key code for using SAP Data Services software to perform the data migration to SAP S/4HANA.

4) Once the code is successfully added, you can login to your SAP Data Services Designer and import the free Rapid Data Migration to SAP S/4HANA (http://service.sap.com/public/rds-dm2s4op) content to migrate your data into SAP S/4HANA.
Thank you Amitha! this is exactly what I was looking for.
David
is this really 'free' license for SAP Data Services + connector for direct loading to SAP S4 HANA that is accompanied with a HANA DB / S4 License?
It's basically part of the HANA DB license, either REAB or Enterprise. So whether free or not, it's included in a license you already paid. Hence, using the tool for loading into HANA is 'free'.
Hi Frank,
Is there any limit on the number of users (DS repositories) or the number of systems where this SAP Data Integrator license can be applied?.
Wondering if I use the same license key on DEV, QA and PROD systems.
Hi - This question is related to the S4HANA on cloud data migration activity, as in public tenant environment we have only Q & P and we cant refresh them and so what options are there to complete my data migration testing cycles in line with the test strategy? Can any experts respond please?
