Document Creation (DMS)

Hi,

Now that we know how to set up configuration for DMS, this document will help in understanding how to create Document within SAP ERP 6.0.

DOCUMENT Creation

• Documents created in DMS are often referred as Document Info Records (DIR) Management System can integrate with all SAP ERP system components
• Setup DIR – SAP Easy Access → SAP Menu → Logistics → Central Functions → Document Management System → Document → Create (Transaction CV01N)

Upload original document

Update  DIR Hierarchy – SAP Easy Access → SAP Menu → Logistics → Central Functions → Document Management System → Document → Change (Transaction CV02N)

Review  DIR Hierarchy – SAP Easy Access → SAP Menu → Logistics → Central Functions → Document Management System → Document → Display (Transaction CV03N)
