    I have been conducting a research regarding Cement and Concrete Industry Benchmark for use of SAP Standard solutions and the level of Customisation, as well as the relationship of use with other ERP solutions like Command Alcon per domain

    Could you please provide us some information without exposing commercial details?

    • What is the level of SAP Customisation from 1 the lowest to 10 the highest
    • What is the year /version of SAP used?
    • Is it across all geographical locations the same?
    • Have you used Command Alcon ERP alongside with SAP ERP?
    • If yes, what is the Interface Mechanism between SAP ERP and Command Alcon
