Enable Multiple Scheduling for Service Calls

If you encounter cases where you need to schedule a follow up visit of a technician for a given service call, or if you need to schedule a certain visit for multiple technician, we recommend that you activate the multiple scheduling functionality.

From SAP Business One Main Menu choose: Administration > System Initialization > Document Settings > General tab, and select the “Enable Multiple Scheduling for Service Call” checkbox.

After choosing the Update button, the Scheduling tab in the Service Call window is updated with an enhanced structure, where you can schedule multiple visit for a given technician and assign visits to multiple technician if required.

NOTE: This setting is irreversible due to database structure change that occurs while activating this option.
