To start with the conversion process, it’s very important to follow the detailed planning of conversion process.

The actual plan starts with the checks of your existing system, the study of existing system components, add-ons, business functions and industry solutions using the maintenance planner to ensure the compatibility with SAP S/4HANA.

      Dear Sushil,

      thanks for listing these topics.

I am not sure if you have listed topics that are not yet covered in the blog from Frank Wagner (The System Conversion to SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition 1511 - Technical procedure and semantic adaption tasks). Anyhow my recommendation is to use the official naming of SAP S/4HANA (no space after the "4").

      Kind regards, Boris
