You have an opportunity to give input to SAP on what features and functions you would like for a potential “Predictive Quality” SAP product. This is all about looking at your finished products and whether they have quality issues as expressed in customer service claims or warranty issues, and tracing this back to machine sensor data during the manufacturing process, and finding statistical correlations between the two. The business benefits are the opportunity to catch faulty product before it leaves the plant, and to alter production processes to improve quality.
