    Interesting, but it is an obvious sales pitch for paying for SAP learning.  It missed a big question – how big is your company?   I think that plays a big part in the education needs.   Is it all local or spread across the globe?  Probably another question that is good to ask as virtual or classroom learning is effected by the answer.   How much of your time / percentage do you spend learning?   I know the idea was to keep this short so we would actually do the survey.  🙂
