Defining E-Mail Signature

We want to define the email signature that will appear at the bottom of outgoing mails.

From SAP Business One Main Menu choose: Administration > System Initialization > E-Mail Settings.

Set your own user e-mail signature. It will appear in your outgoing e-mails.

Open some document, for example, a sales order.

The e-mail is created with your signature:
