YOU, your opinions, your strategies, your experiences matter. You know that. Everyone knows the consumer experience is utmost in software development today. Focus groups, special advisory boards, customer engagement initiatives all help software developers know what customers like. But those represent a microcosm of all the issues, concerns, corporate objectives that each of us faces as a leader in HR. 

Right now we have the opportunity for all voices to be heard.

Between now and July 1st

Americas’ SAP Users’ Group Research and Sierra Cedar

are conducting HR systems surveys.

Both of these matter. Both of these are worth your time.

As a community leader, I can tell you that your participation in these surveys

helps me to help our HR community be heard, be educated, be counted.

And I know that SAP SuccessFactors would agree that the same is true for them.

Please take this opportunity before July 1 to tell everyone you know to contribute their voices to these two surveys. 

Both surveys are completely confidential. Aggregate results will be shared with you and with SAP — and will be used in our Americas’ SAP Users’ Group, ASUG HR Community to determine what types of education, opportunities and experiences will help you to meet your strategic objectives and accelerate your HR transformation. SAP will use the data as well to help define their direction.

Americas’ SAP Users’ Group represents the largest independent community of professionals worldwide who use an SAP software solution to run their business. ASUG’s HR Community supports education, collaboration, and influence on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions.  Completion of ASUG’s Annual HR Survey will take no longer than 5-10 minutes and contributes directly to our community’s education and influence opportunities with SAP.  Alone we can do only so much – but together our feedback can change the future of SAP’s solutions.
