How will Hybris Loyalty be delivered? Is it a cloud or an on-premise solution ?
Answer: It is a cloud-only solution available on YaaS.

When and where will the product be delivered?
Answer: The solution is commercially available in the US only currently. Other regions will soon follow.
Customers from other countries may subscribe to a beta version.
Restrictions for the beta version:
– No geographic restrictions for the beta version
– Only available in English or German
– No real customer data
– No productive usage.
How can we position Hybris Loyalty for customers who have already implemented Hybris Marketing?
Answer: Hybris Loyalty is a great extension for customers who want to run loyalty programs.
Hybris Loyalty can run with Commerce as a Service or Enterprise Commerce platforms.
Hybris Loyalty is already integrated with Hybris Marketing (1511 and beyond) and Hybris Commerce (ECP 5.6 and beyond).
How is Hybris Loyalty priced? What is the licensing model (metric)?

Can customers build or extend Hybris Loyalty themselves?
Answer: Yes. Partners can build or extend the loyalty package on YaaS by subscribing and building on top of our package.

What is the scope of the package?
Answer: The Loyalty package contains the following features and functions:
Loyalty Membership Profiles
Loyalty memberships can be created. Membership information includes tier-level status, current points balance, and personal profile information.
Loyalty Rule Builder
Loyalty offers an easy-to-use and powerful rule engine. It enables you to define rules for different membership activities: registration of members, points accruals and redemptions, product orders, tier up- and downgrades, ratings and reviews. It can also trigger personalized actions.
Points Accruals & Redemptions
Loyalty can manage point accruals and redemptions per membership. You are provided with an overview of all point transactions and current point account balances. Point accrual and redemption is integrated into the ordering process (product details, shopping basket, check-out process).
By awarding points, you can encourage customers to review and rate products and to act as customer advocates. The “Tell-a-friend”-feature awards points to members for recruiting new members.
Personalized 1:1 emails
SAP Hybris Loyalty includes a rule-based and personalized 1:1 email communication. EMails can be sent in real time. These would include welcome emails (afterregistration), tier-upgrade mails, positive product ratings, and reviews after product purchase).
SAP Hybris Loyalty offers an embedded Analytics cockpit. Marketers can get an overview of active memberships, member activities, revenues etc.. Customers using SAP Hybris Marketing may also use embedded Lumira reports.
Integration with SAP Hybris Enterprise Commerce Platform (ECP)
SAP Hybris Marketing Loyalty is fully integrated with the Hybris Enterprise Commerce Platform (Add-on installation is required).

SAP Hybris Marketing Loyalty is fully integrated with SAP Hybris Commerce as a Service (yaaS-Commerce).
Integration with SAP Hybris Marketing
All loyalty information is seamlessly integrated into SAP Hybris Marketing (KPI tiles on Home Screen, Loyalty data in Segmentation, Loyalty data in Interaction Contact).
Integration for Loyalty cards including Apple Mobile Wallet and Google Wallet
Digital Loyalty cards are supported and can be stored on digital wallet ppplications on the phone. iOS, Android devices are supported. The digital card contains information such as points balance and tier level. Cards can automatically be replaced when a new tier level is reached, such as from Silver to Gold.
Loyalty Offer Management
Offers can be created and sent via the rules (1:1). The offer contains a discount coupon for customers.
Geo-Location Marketing with iBeacons and Geo-Fences
iBeacon Support can send push notifications to loyalty members based on their in-store-location.
Geo-Fences helps to pull offers based on the current geo-location (latitude/longitude/radius) of a customer.
Which technology is Hybris Loyalty built on?
Answer: Hybris Loyalty is based on YaaS (Hybris as a Service). More information can be found at YaaS.io.
Which databases are supported?
Answer: Hybris Loyalty is using MongoDB.
Does Hybris Loyalty have a business user UI?
Answer: Hybris Loyalty has configuration UIs for setting up the loyalty program, basic rules and basic connectivity. Hybris Loyalty has business UIs for Memberships, Rules, Offers, Analytics, Cards, Mails and Coupons.
Which systems are connected to Hybris Loyalty?
Answer: Currently Hybris Loyalty is integrated with the following products:
– Hybris Marketing (on premise), minimum release 1511
– Hybris Commerce (ECP), minimum release 5.7
– Hybris Marketing, Cloud Marketing Edition (planned)
