Just a few weeks ago, openSAP concluded the Build Your Own SAP Fiori App in the Cloud - 2016 Edition course, which included both a Design challenge and a Develop challenge for participants to experience the end-to-end process of designing and building their own SAP Fiori app using lots of great resources like SAP Fiori, SAP Splash, BUILD, SAP Web IDE, and Design Thinking.
In the end, over 30,000 learners enrolled and thousands upon thousands submitted app prototypes, each including a story, persona, user experience journey, mock-up, app prototype, and sometimes more! Each submitter provided all their supporting materials in PDF and/or YouTube video format with the end result being an actual app prototype running live on the HANA Cloud Platform.
The top apps were determined by a peer assessment process combined with SAP expert judgment. The top three apps and the top three apps by Partners were each awarded prizes, but there were so many more amazing submissions! And while you can access an apps gallery page on openSAP, it does require an openSAP account and login. So for those of you interested in accessing the top apps more directly and/or sharing them or using them for inspiration in creating your own apps, check out the below listing of the top 220!
