Great article. I am having some issues though - I have setup all these details. But the mail doesn't get trigged in SOST.
I see in the action log of the incident in UI, and find my action definition is Active (in yellow traffic light) but not processed with a green. What am I missing in this? Is there some setting I need to activate for my action definition?
