What’s new in 1605 Campaign Management SAP Hybris Marketing and S/4HANA Marketing Cloud
Marketing experts will be able to automate e-mail A/B testing:
- Send multiple test mails to the sub groups of initial target group.
- Test Period e.g. 2 days,
- User can set test size in percent of the initial target group
- Select best e-mail variant by automatic winner determination (e.g. highest rate of opened messages)
- React on triggers from winner mail
- Enable download for one or multiple files
- Support for extensibility by append fields
- Use Campaign ID for tracking the success
- Set default values, display of read-only values & control field length
- Restrict values for drop-downs (e.g. country DE, AU, CH only)
- Hidden values e.g. country as fixed value
- Display attributes from the account of a contact
- Add notes & use them as trigger for follow-up
- Support for extensibility by append fields
