In this example we will show how to create a customized Sales Order with a new tab and UDFs
and assign it to the relevant users:
From SAP Business One Main Menu choose: Administration > Utilities > UI Configuration Template.
Create a new template called Sales, add to the “Forms” tab Sales Order and click on the “Edit Form UI”
The Sales Order form will be open in an edit mode , add a new tab called “MyTab” using the right click menu and add a UDF called “MyUdf” to this tab
by dragging the udf from the right window to the new tab.
Save the form by using the right click and close it.
Click on the “Assigned Users” tab and choose the relevant users, then click update
Go to the Sales Order document and review the changes:
