Customizing Requests in PFTC

WF Issue Description: While making change in WorkFlow Task(Using PFTC Transaction) from general to Non General OR Vice Versa,System was not asking Customizing TR.

Enter :-T-code OOCR

Check Field CORR Value:

If It is Blank Exit. (Do not Change)

CASE 2: CORR = ‘X (IF value is not Initial)

Action: Make it blank ( Initial ) (Refer F4 Help as attached screen shot below)

Save the Record & exit from transaction.

Result: System will ask Customizing Requests in PFTC While making Change WF from General task to non–general vice versa
