Create a Oss message to SAP Support Team.

Hi All,

I would like to explain how to create a OSS message to SAP Support Team through New SAP support Launchpad.

Login to service marketplace by below link.


http://service.sap.com

Next click on SAP Support Portal tab.

Next Click on Knowledge Base & incident tab and again click on report an a Incident.

  Next,enter a problem in the search column for solution.

Otherwise,Click on contact SAP Support button in the Below.

We need to enter a required information about the error details in the below.

After click on submit button.based on priority we can get response form SAP Support team.
