Steps to configure Absence Types

In this activity, you describe absences according to your company requirements regarding absence valuation in Payroll. You describe absences by defining rules for absence valuation.

Absences that must be processed in the same way through the assignment of absence valuation rules are grouped in this step.
According to the absence valuation rules, you define how specific employee absences must be valuated in payroll in the subsequent operation phases.

NOTE:   For Half Day leave we will change Percentage field from 100% to 50% in the above screen

NOTE: We have to change the processing class 10 as 1 (Reduction with factor /801) to get the effect of LOP. So we have to change the processing class of all the wage types which will get affected by LOP.
