Our customer in the Pharmaceutical Industry wants to build the ideal ordering platform so customers can serve patients well. They chose SAP hybris and MaxAttention Next Generation to achieve this transformation of their B2B solution. Their goal is 100% customer satisfaction with a B2C experience in a B2B world. Initially they will target the independent/local pharmacies including some 5,000 users as part of Phase 1A which is planned for GoLive in December 2016. The current B2B (Business-to-business) solution runs on CRM Internet Sales and is highly customized. There are several ongoing solution pain points like performance for large carts, sharing carts, search not intuitive, usability and a complex development infrastructure.
With MaxAttention Next Generation the CoE team will deliver wall to wall with short implementation cycles and project transparency via regular Show & Tell. The team will provide solution innovations for Real Time Pricing, Shared Cart, Mixed Cart, Personalization, Alerting and Receiving. After months of work across many SAP LOBs in the Presales stage, including scoping workshops, the project officially kicked off in January 2016. The Discovery phase encompassed several weeks of design thinking, architecture Proof of Concept, requirements discussions, user story workshops and story point estimations. The team are now at the start of Sprint 3 with two successful build sprints completed and very positive feedback from the customer after the Show & Tell demonstrations.
CoE hybris Ireland have a team of 20 assigned to this project with Lead Architects, Technical Leads, Functional Leads and eleven developers. We work closely with CoE North America and our Ireland Technical and Functional Leads supports CoE North America team on infrastructure, integration, technical and functional topics. The end to end offering from the team includes embedding the Integration Validation methodology which is being by CoE Ireland Team Member. The team are committed to help the customer design, build, optimize and run the solution with GoLive support planned until the end of January 2017.
