Together with our customer in the Agricultural Industry we embarked on a new journey to co-engineer the most complete and consolidated Omni-Channel Commerce solution possible with MaxAttention Next Generation.
In October 2015 we reached our first significant milestone with the hybris B2C (Business to Commerce) technical GoLive. One week ahead of schedule the project team from COE delivered to customer promise – wall to wall.
The COE team designed, built, and optimized the solution and we ran with no compromise on quality.
The team are now in Release 2 – Sprint 2 development activities and are on target for a planned Business GoLive of the complete solution in Q3 2016. Adopting an Agile approach we worked across four time zones to achieve our sprint goals. The standard was set – by the end of the first sprint the customer could already see their new shop, they could browse the catalogue, search for specific products, add to cart and place an order. After just three weeks the deliverables were there to see and we had momentum. Over the following months the requirements were realized sprint by sprint, including enhancing the Product Catalogue, integration with Cybersource, Adobe and ECC, end to end Order Management process, UX design/development to name a few.
The effort and achievements of the team have been extraordinary over the last months, and only through the combined determination to deliver and strong technical competencies could this success have been reached!
This commitment continues into Release 2 with the team firmly on target for Business GoLive. We look forward to continued success together with our customer.
