SAP ONE Support Launchpad – Whishlist part 3 – App “SAP Notes & KBAs”

As you might (or might not) know, I’ve been using the SAP ONE Support Launchpad for some time allready. A good intro for reading about my experiences is SAP ONE Support Launchpad – today is the Day!.

 

I also showed in to me collegues and that way somehow became the “go-to”-person for SAP ONE related questions in my organisation (which is nice!).

 

So this whish is not mine, but I’m nevertheless happy to share it with you:

 

 

It’s about the  “SAP Notes & KBAs  I am interested in”-app:

Aparantly, in the past you could organise your favorites in folders – now it’s just a long, un-organized list:

So here’s the wish:

Can we please have the folders back!?

      Hi Joachim,

      do you now if in the new lauchpad the "Favorite" button does the same like in the old support page the "Subscribe to Note"? I would like to have an e-mail if a SAP Note was updated by SAP.

      Hi Michael,

      I don't know if this will give you E-Mail updates, I think all it does if the note is updated is set the "&1 favorites updated" on the tile.

      I don't have a often-changing note handy, so I cannot easily try it out, either...
