An organization cannot be successful without HR. Between payroll, talent management, coaching, and everything else that comes with the HR territory you reach all employees at several points throughout their careers. One of the most critical, and in my opinion most underrated, facets of HR is developing talent. A successful company relies not only on competent employees, but also on giving these employees the tools and opportunities to become truly exceptional.

Younger employees can be some of the most eager and open to professional development (I know from experience!). With that in mind, ASUG has created a Young Professional Program to help develop your talent! Developed for those at the beginning stages of their careers, the Young Professional Program is a strategically curated collection of existing and new ASUG content that are focused on areas such as leadership, collaboration, and breaking the stereotypes that come along with the “millennial” label.

Reach out to the young professionals in your organization and encourage them to check out ASUG’s latest offering! Coming soon is a webcast on how to be a social media pro followed by an ASUG Hub meetup at ASUG Annual Conference.
