SAPPHIRE NOW 2016 – Solution Extensions for Employee Central and SAP HCM

I always look forward to attending SAPPHIRE NOW. It’s May 17th-19th at the Orlando Convention Center this year.  Such a great event to connect with the community that uses SAP software every day.  SAP SuccessFactors will be there in full force to demo, educate and share stories of how our solutions truly transform HR every day.

I’ll be there to talk about our Solution Extension partners for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.  What are Solution Extenstions? Solution Extensions are strategic solutions sold and supported by SAP.  SAP test, validates and supports these solutions to meet the same high standards of quality as SAP products.   SAP has many Solution Extensions to support various lines of businesses.

The ones I will be speaking about are specific to the needs of Human Resources – SAP Time and Attendance by Workforce Software and U.S. Benefits by Benefitfocus.  You’re probably wondering why we have thse solutions extensions when we have our own native offerings as well.  It’s all about giving our customers choices and flexibility that they require as they overcome the challenges often associated with workforce management.

With U.S. Benefits by Benefitfocus, this is an ideal solution if you are an Employee Central customer with U.S. based employees facing complex U.S. Benefits challenges such as managing multiple insurance carriers.  This solution enables employees to shop, enroll, manage and exchange benefits information.

Both solutions are integrated with Employee Central and there is no overlap between these solutions extensions and our native Time and Attendance or Global Benefits functionality.
