We are all aware that job seekers find the “employee perspective” most useful when learning about a new company. Typically, employees rank as the most trusted influencers when communicating about their company's engagement and integrity. In order to maintain and build upon this engagement and integrity, transparency must be a keystone foundation in SAP.

Our Employer Branding team maintains 12 country-specific pages on Glassdoor, the ultimate website for employer-employee-candidate transparency.

SAP impressively obtained a combined viewership of nearly 1.7 million views on its Glassdoor pages since we began branding our pages last year. With 84% of the 3,600+ respondents saying they’d refer our company to a friend, SAP increased its rating by 3 points up to 4.0, now outranking many of our closest competitors. Furthermore, bill.mcdermott rating is at a whopping 94%.

And with over 190,000 people having visited our Glassdoor page in March alone – a higher number than ever before – our presence on that platform is reaching more people than ever! The number of followers we have on Glassdoor has also increased dramatically since last year – nearly doubling to over 29,000 people.

Personalized reviews have the potential to truly make a difference as to why SAP should be an employer of choice for candidates in their job search. In fact, our latest statistics show that 32% of visitors to the SAP Glassdoor pages apply for a job via Glassdoor, of which, 95.6% completed those job applications – some of the highest among all channels. Great stats indeed.

Looking at the reviews, what is it exactly that employees love about SAP? Some of the biggest positives that people write about SAP are our work-life balance, work from home, work environment, smart people, great people, and good benefits. Take a look below what we’ve pulled into our word bubble:

Writing a review on Glassdoor takes less than 5 minutes, it gives you a platform for your voice to be heard, and your review will directly help SAP recruit outstanding, new talent. Simultaneously, it offers us ways to improve our recruiting solutions thanks to employee feedback based on interviews.

If you want to write an anonymous review yourself; just go to www.glassdoor.com and search “SAP” in the “Companies” tab. Click “Add Review” on the side and enter “SAP” as the “Employer Name”. Complete your review and submit. Glassdoor reviews every piece of content submitted to make sure its harassment guidelines are not violated. Once your review is approved, it will appear on the SAP Glassdoor page.
