SAP HANA Cloud Platform  leverages Cloud Foundry technology  in several ways. Cloud Foundry technology simplifies extending the SAP HANA Cloud Platform with new community innovations of application services and language runtimes. SAP speakers plan to present the following technical sessions at the Summit:

• Will it Run on “My” OpenStack? – Building an Executable Validation Testsuite for CPIsSAP has been leading the Bosh OpenStack CPI project under the Cloud Foundry Foundation. By attending this session, you can learn about some useful tooling developed under this project for validating the readiness of any given OpenStack installation for deploying Cloud Foundry on top of it.


• CF-Abacus: Introduction to the Standard Metering and Aggregation Engine for Cloud FoundryFeatures such as billing and metering of usage of services, applications and buildpacks in a Cloud Foundry instance become important in commercial environments.  Through this session, you can learn about the background and architecture of the CF-Abacus project, a billing and metering engine, co-developed by SAP and other Cloud Foundry community members.
