Smart Business KPI Tiles are not coming in Fiori Launchpad – Troubleshooting steps (Part 2)

In my previous article Smart Business KPI Tiles Not Coming in Fiori Launchpad – Troubleshooting Steps (Part 1), I explained

If you have completed all the steps mentioned in the above mentioned articles, and still not able to get the Smart Business tiles in Fiori Launchpad, then follow steps below.

Assume I am working on Implementing “Open Purchase Orders” KPI in Smart Business.
I have deployed the component mentioned in Fiori Apps Library. I have assigned all the roles and even assigned analytic privilege using Manage KPI Authorization tools.
But I am still not able to see KPI Tiles in Fiori Launchpad.
Open Fiori Launchpad in Chrome. Go to Developer Console by pressing F12. Click on Network tab.
Refresh the page. Once the page is completely loaded, enter (‘HANA_CATALOG’) in filter.
You will notice a call and its status.
If the status is not 200, then raise an incident in component in CA-GTF-SB-SOH.
If the status is 200, right click on the URL and open in new tab.
This OData call should return list of all KPI tiles and description like below.
If you get an empty list like below, then this indicates HANA components are not properly activated.
Go to HANA Studio and redeploye/activate the content. For more details on HANA activation process, refer to the SAP note 2125939.
If the issue still persist, raise an incident to CA-GTF-SB-SOH component.
