Hi Experts,

I Have a One Question.

I am 10 Employees Hired on 01.01.2015. Then I want to Payment Dates in 5 Employees on 30th, Another 5 Employees Next Month 05th will be release the payments.

In this Scenarios all Employees belongs to Same Payroll area, Employee Grp, Employee Sub Grp, PA, PSA all are Same.

It is Possible to SAP HCM?

Please help me Experts..

    If you want two different Paydays you need to have combination of below technically

    Option 1 –  2 Different Period parameters  with same 1 date modifier

    Option 2 –  1 Period Parameter and 2 different Date modifiers

    Option 3 –   2 Different Period Parameters with 2 different Date Modifiers

    Payroll Area can be assigned to only one combination of Period parameter/Date Modifier with a defined Pay date rule and hence you cannot have two different paydays in same payroll area.

    And the basic idea of payroll area is to group all employees paid on same frequency and same pay day.
