SAP Hybris Loyalty can be easily connected and integrated to your existing Hybris Commerce and Hybris Marketing solution. Setup is really simple and takes only a few minutes.

Here some highlights of SAP Hybris Loyalty:

Loyalty Membership Profiles – Membership information contains e.g. the Tier Level status, current points balance, personal profile information.

Loyalty Rule Builder – SAP Hybris Loyalty offers an easy-to-use and powerful Rule Engine. You can define rules for different membership activities like registration of members, points accruals and redemptions, product orders, tier up- and downgrades, ratings, reviews. Rules can trigger personalized actions like eMails and Coupons.

Points Accruals & Redemptions – SAP Hybris Loyalty can manage points accruals and redemptions per membership. You can have an overview about all points transactions and the current point account balance. Points accrual and redemption is integrated into the ordering process (product details, shopping basket, check-out process).

Customer Advocacy – You can encourage customers to do product ratings and reviews and act as a customer advocate. You can also use the “Tell-a-friend”-feature to grant points when members recruit new members.

Personalized 1:1 e-mails – SAP Hybris Loyalty includes a rule based and personalized 1:1 email communication. eMails can be send out in real time (e.g. welcome mails on registration, tier upgrade mails, encouraging product ratings and reviews after product purchsase).

Embedded Analytics – SAP Hybris Loyalty contains an embedded Analytics cockpit. Marketers can get an overview about active memberships, member activities, revenues etc..

Integration – Fully integrated into SAP Hybris Marketing and Commerce (ECP and Commerce as a Service)

Apple Mobile Wallet and Google Wallet – Digital Loyalty cards are supported. These membership cards can be stored on digital Wallet Applications on the Phone (Supported devices: iOS, Android). The digital card contains information like points balance and tier level. Cards can be automatically replaced when reaching a new tier level, e.g. an upgrade from Silver to Gold will automatically change the card layout.

Loyalty Offers with Geo-Location Marketing (iBeacons and Geo-Fences) – Loyalty Offers enable you to send out coupons to customers. These Coupons can be stored in digital wallets. Geo-Fences and iBeacons can help you to push/pull offers while in close proximity to the store.
