On Tuesday, March 22, Master VAR 3V held their annual “Partner Innovation Day” in the Buckhead (Atlanta) Ritz Carlton, and in this workshop, the various “Extended Business Member” partners of 3V learned and shared information about the various products and services they assist 3V in selling to North American Customers.
As part of the agenda, North American Solution Center presented the Digital Transformation Roadmap as it relates to SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management. They learned about the strategic path SAP is taking with S/4, the scope of the most recent 1511 release of S/4, the new pricing model related to S/4, and a full outline of all the enablement & learning content available to them.
The group was made up of service providers, hardware providers, 3rd party product providers, etc. And all participants stated that they felt they had a much better “grasp” of what S/4 is, why they should consider it the defacto ERP product of the future, and how they can position it with their customer.
Mark Dendinger from 3V said the following, “The presentation was a great indicator of where SAP is focused from a product and functionality standpoint, and where customers would be able to reap the most benefit with their existing investments in SAP software. Equally important is it provided us with the strategy from which SAP Partners should focus and align their efforts”.
