The SAP Fiori and Digital Platform value map is designed to help customers adopt SAP Fiori, the most modern, role-based user experience of SAP software, in line with their own mobile and user experience strategy. This value map replaces the SAP Enterprise Support value map for mobile solutions.

Customers can expect a strong Fiori focus and new UX content which was successfully piloted in the 2015 Enterprise Support Advisory Council – this includes the value of UX, customer UX strategy and UX/UI Tools & Technologies. HANA Cloud Platform (HCP) content will also be progressively added to this value map as it is developed, in conjunction with the 2016 SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council.

SAP Enterprise Support value maps are powered by the award-winning SAP Enterprise Support Academy. They represent a new phase in the evolution of support services and IT training, delivering a learning and support experience via social media learning maps, with access to experts and offerings designed to help customers take advantage of social media technology (SAP Jam).
