The opportunity for this project came through the need for rapid improvement in Customer Quality to support our market share in the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Hub gathers data from various sources and presents a standard view of KPIs. It provides enterprise-wide visibility to data so users can evaluate process variation and predict business performance.
