This solution is designed as a set of dashboards and analytical tools to provide visibility of a series of KPIs and to support their strategy for growth and consistency to measure quality performance. The opportunity for this project came through the need for rapid improvement in Customer Quality to support our market share in the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Hub gathers data from various sources and presents a standard view of KPIs. It provides enterprise-wide visibility to data so users can evaluate process variation and predict business performance.
