During the SAP Inside Track São Leopoldo 2016, I found Tobias Hofmann, SAP Mentor.

We have discussed about the way SAP Product Support works with customer incidents.

We also talked about the amount of information available in SCN and how SAP Support teams are bringing more and relevant information to SCN: Wiki pages, blogs, documents and answering questions in the communities.
