The demand for the right analytics to assist in making the right decisions has been a growing trend for many businesses. This interactive session will discuss CSA’s recent re-implementation of BI targeting standardisation and visualisation. We will also evaluate the benefits of standardising reporting and re-engineering your current BI/BW strategy to make a lasting impression.

2:15 – 3:15 Best Practices for dashboard design with SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio

In this session, attendees will learn about best practices of dashboard design in two main areas. The first part of the presentation will focus on a common set of dashboard design rules such as the usage of different visualization, colors, and text as part of an overall dashboard design process and provide good and bad design examples with SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio.

The second part of the presentation will outline performance best practices when using SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio in combination with multiple data sources and explain steps like background processing and loading data sources using a trigger
