We would like to invite the SAP community members to the upcoming public SAP Mentor Monday Webinar. We will have carlos.martinezescribano from SAP Global Support will give us a presentation of the Automated Notes Search Tools (ANST).
ANST is a versatile tool that helps narrow down the root cause of a functional issue or a dump. Apart from context based Note search capabilities, ANST also detects customer code and customizing tables during the replication of the issue leading to much faster resolution. Instead of trying to identify and search for keywords, users would only have to reproduce the error, and the tool will search and validate the latest notes for implementation.
