April 2016 Edition

SAP Solution Manager 7.2 is a hot topic for many customers, and that’s also true for the SAP Enterprise Support Academy. We’ve recently expanded our portfolio with a new, innovative learning format: Guided Discovery Tutorials (GDT) allow you to navigate through a virtual demo environment at your own pace to discover SAP Solution Manager 7.2. A GDT consists of an introduction to the scenario, followed by a system demo of the scenario in both SAP Solution Manager 7.1 & 7.2, and ends with a hands-on, interactive simulation. Integration Monitoring and Troubleshooting - New Expert-Guided Implementation

Integration Monitoring is one of most critical tasks within the IT department. SAP Integration Monitoring is part of SAP Solution Manager and provides proactive monitoring and reporting. The new Integration Monitoring and Troubleshooting expert-guided implementation (EGI) communicates the fundamentals of setting up Integration Monitoring, giving the participants the opportunity to set up a ready-to-use basic scenario in their own SAP Solution Manager.

The report is helpful to obtain an overview of your system landscape and the current maintenance situation for each of your production systems. It also includes information about relevant offerings from the SAP Enterprise Support Academy and a list of academy assets you have consumed.
